In months of in-depth discussions about optimizing the energy supply in endurance sports, we noticed a dissatisfaction with the existing analysis tools. Little by little, the idea of how we could better incorporate the athlete's metabolism into the analysis and control of training matured. From the first attempts to integrate the lactate formation rate to better determine the training zones, a platform has meanwhile emerged that can calculate the carbohydrate (and fat) consumption very precisely based on the current state of knowledge. Each workout can be analyzed for carbohydrate consumption and all other common parameters. In addition, we have integrated a nutrition app that can precisely compare the energy consumption with the intake. According to the latest scientific findings, Robert has added numerous recipes for optimal energy supply in training and competition.
We are still working flat out to keep the platform up to date with the latest sports and nutritional science through many new functions.
